Terms of use — Zylos 3D games and Zylos account

Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Zylos TechSolutions LLP (“we”, “us”), the publisher of the Zylos 3D games. They cover the Zylos account shared by those apps and this website, unity.zylostechsolutions.com. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.
Each app also has its own terms of use (linked below), which apply when you use that app. If they conflict with these terms about that app, the app's terms apply.
How we handle your information is explained in our privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

The account is optional and free. It lets you back up and restore each app's data on another phone.
Keep your sign-in secure and give correct details. You are responsible for what happens in your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Don't use the account or the backups to store anything illegal, to attack or overload the service, or to get at other people's data.
You can delete your account at any time at unity.zylostechsolutions.com/delete-account. We may suspend or delete an account used to break these terms or the law, or that puts other people or the service at risk; where reasonable, we will tell you first.
Signing in with Google is also governed by Google's terms. We are not responsible for Google's services.

You may read, link to and print the pages on this site for personal use. Don't copy the site's content to publish it as your own, and don't try to break or overload it.
The site may link to other websites and app stores. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.

The apps, this site, their design, text, artwork and code, and the Zylos name and logo, belong to us or our licensors. These terms don't give you any rights to them, apart from using them as these terms allow.
What you create in the apps stays yours. You let us store and copy your backups only to provide them back to you.

The account, backups and site are provided free and “as is”. We work to keep them available and correct, but we can't promise they will always work, be error-free or keep every backup. Keep your own copies of anything important.
We may change, pause or stop the account service or the site. If we plan to stop backups for good, we will give reasonable notice so you can keep your data.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities, arising from the account, backups or this site. Our total liability for any claim about them is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 (or its equivalent), whichever is greater.
These limits don't apply to liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that can't be excluded by contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes about them. If you live in a country whose law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live, you keep that right.

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. We will update this page and the date at the top, and for significant changes we will also tell you in the apps or their release notes before they take effect.
If you keep using the account or the site after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
